Super friendly team taking care and helping little one to discover the world and their abilities. Good ratio Teacher/ kids (1 for 3) so the kids are always supervised and entertained!

First of all I love the teachers, they are awesome and the ratio 1 to 3 is really great as this is where we can make sure that the children are safe. You guys doing a great job.

We put our son when he was 3.5mo and he’s loved the environment! The teachers are awesome (the ratio is 1/3) and the limited number meant that it gave more of a homey feel than the others we went to. I love the fact that they give a folder where you can have a view on the development of your baby and what they are giving him to promote his gross motor skill development. You guys are doing an awesome work helping our little humans through the early stage of their lives!! Thanks so much!

We've just put out second child into Biggles today! First child loved the cub house and loves the bear house now too. So happy with the care and comfort they give the little ones. Play is big at this centre and there is always next initiatives for children to explore and grow from. Thanks guys :)

Biggles is an excellent daycare. My son has been attending for 18 months and my younger son will start next year. The staff are a cut above the rest! They are caring, genuine, down-to-earth, good-natured and really engage with the children, setting up lots of activities every day that are both fun and educational. They’re also not afraid to get messy! Biggles has a homely, welcoming feel, perfect for making little ones feel at ease, and a huge outdoor space, particularly for the over twos. Communication with parents is good and you get photo updates throughout the week of what the children have been up to. Having looked at quite a few daycare centres in the area, Biggles felt right – unpretentious, friendly, a hive of joyful learning and a place I am comfortable and happy to leave my child – and he is happy to be there!

Our daughter has been attending Biggles for 9 months now. I can honestly say it has been amazing. The teachers are amazing as they always have fun, creative and educational activities that keep the children engaged, learning and most important... having fun :-) There is an open door policy and we can freely discuss any concern regarding behaviour, habits and activities with any of the teachers and management. They always listen and assist to the best of their abilities and will go the extra mile. If you are looking for a childcare where you can feel like you are part of the family this is it. What a wonderful place. We loved Biggles. Our son was so happy there and the teachers truely love what they are doing and love the children. We definitely felt part of the family. Thank you for everything. We will miss you guys!

All 3 of our kids have been to Biggles and love it (2 currently enrolled). Low staff turnover and low child to teacher ratios which makes it a great place for little kids. It's also one of the smaller daycares around so you actually get to know all the staff and they know the kids and family really well :)

This is basically a second home for my 2 kids (Christopher and Amelia). They love them since day one because of the warm-hearted, caring teacher team and the loving owner. The facility is just great with great outdoor area for the kids explore, new toys, big tree, vegetable garden, big sandpit, warm and cozy indoor play area, well-prepared meals... My kids just love going to "their school" every morning. Even now, my older child who just went to the primary school, still talked about how lovely the teachers at Biggles are. I never recommend anything publicly but I guess I should do as it's good to share, especially for fellow parents who are finding it overwhelmingly difficult to find a trusted childcare (like I did 3 years ago). So, if you're looking for a childcare you can totally trust and (fall in love with later on) have a visit at Biggles!

Our son loved going to Biggles and we loved sending him there. He had a wonderful time in the cub house. Marco and the team are all lovely! Thank you guys for taking such good care of our boy! We will miss you.

Eli absolutely loves Biggles and the teachers are absolutely amazing! They are ALWAYS so friendly and professional and so understanding. Thank you for all that you do!!!

When it came time to arrange care for our 8 month old daughter, as first time parents we were very fussy about where she would go. From our first visit to the Biggles Baby house we knew straight away this was the perfect place for our precious wee girl. The Biggles Baby House is the perfect size for quality care – not too big and not too small. We like that it has its own dining, sleep and inside play areas as well as its generous outdoor areas well equipped for exploring crawlers and walkers. Our daughter is so comfortable there and has thrived in their care. She knows she is safe and feels like she belongs. She has a real connection and bond with her teachers. The staff are dedicated and friendly.  They are positive and most importantly genuinely kind to the children they care for. We can’t speak highly enough about Biggles and are so happy that they have space for our youngest daughter who will soon be starting there.    

Kia ora & thank you so much to the beautiful wahine of Biggles.  You will all be sorely missed by both Hohepa & his parents. His lunches will never be the same, thanks to Anita & part time cook Toni (I have huge boots to fill in this department). The aroha & patience you all show towards our tamariki is truly outstanding. It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 3 years since he started. We will miss you and the other children, but promise to stay in touch and we would love visitors in Kerikeri! The staff were kind and attentive, and it was easy to see how much they loved the kids. As a teacher myself, I immediately appreciated the way that teachers allowed the children to explore and learn about their environment in a safe and meaningful way.  My oldest is now at school, but my two younger children are at Biggles, and I cannot imagine a better early learning environment for them. I can honestly say that dropping my kids off at Biggles very much feels like leaving them with family - they often comment that their best friends are their teachers!. My kids are valued as individuals and are developing relationships with peers and teachers that I know will have long-lasting benefits for them.  

Biggles staff in the Cub House (under 2's) have taken care of our son since he was 9 months old. He's over 2 years old now and has benefited from their genuine affection and attention to his needs, and always providing stimulating, exciting and fun play at his level. He has transitioned to the Bear House (over 2's) now and my daughter has started in the Cub House.
